Dear Dennis and Darlene,

Thank you for the peaceful and blessed stay in Nova Scotia. It was a truly wonderful break for Achu and me and you made it special. After 17 years in New York, I finally had the chance to see the NS ashram ! !
Memories of the stay linger with me as I try to get back into the usual New York routine and work mode...

I am trying to retain the peace and meditative spirit that I felt there.
