Destiny

அவரவர் பிராரப்தப் பிரகாரம் அதற்கானவன் ஆங்காங்கிருந் தாட்டுவிப்பன்.
 என்றும் நடவாதது என் முயற்சிக்கினும் நடவாது; நடப்ப தென்றடை செய்யினும் நில்லாது.
 இதுவே திண்ணம். ஆகலின் மௌனமா யிருக்கை நன்று.

  

avaravar pirāraptap pirakāram ataṟkāṉavaṉ āṅkāṅkirun tāṭṭuvippaṉ.
ĕṉiḏṟum naṭavātatu ĕṉ muyaṟcikkiṉum naṭavātu;
naṭappa tĕṉṟaṭai sĕyyiṉum nillātu. ituve tiṇṇam.
ākaliṉ mauṉamā yirukkai naṉṟu.:

"What is destined not to happen will not happen, try as you may. What is destined to happen will happen, try as one may to prevent it. This is certain. So the best course is to remain silent."
