रत्नैः कल्पितमासनं हिमजलैः स्नानं च दिव्याम्बरं
नानारत्नविभूषितं मृगमदामोदाङ्कितं चन्दनम् ।
जातीचम्पकबिल्वपत्ररचितं पुष्पं च धूपं तथा
दीपं देव दयानिधे पशुपते हृत्कल्पितं गृह्यताम् ॥१॥

ratnaiḥ kalpitamāsanaṃ himajalaiḥ snānaṃ cha divyāmbaraṃ
nānāratna vibhūṣitaṃ mṛgamadā mōdāṅkitaṃ chandanam ।
jātī champaka bilvapatra rachitaṃ puṣpaṃ cha dhūpaṃ tathā
dīpaṃ dēva dayānidhē paśupatē hṛtkalpitaṃ gṛhyatām ॥ 1 ॥

O Lord of all creatures, Paśupati, I have made you a throne that’s studded with precious gemstones, kept the cool water to bathe in, fine clothing Jewelry studded with various gems, scents from the animals (Kasturi), and Sandalwood pastes to anoint your body. I offer Jasmine, Champaka (Magnolia), and Bilva leaves, fine incense (dhoopa) and have lighted the Deepam, O ocean of mercy and Lord of all creatures, Please accept these offerings that I have imagined in my heart.

सौवर्णे नवरत्नखण्डरचिते पात्रे घृतं पायसं
भक्ष्यं पञ्चविधं पयोदधियुतं रम्भाफलं पानकम् ।
शाकानामयुतं जलं रुचिकरं कर्पूरखण्डोज्ज्वलं
ताम्बूलं मनसा मया विरचितं भक्त्या प्रभो स्वीकुरु ॥२॥

sauvarṇē navaratnakhaṇḍa rachitē pātrē ghṛtaṃ pāyasaṃ
bhakṣyaṃ pañchavidhaṃ payōdadhiyutaṃ rambhāphalaṃ pānakam ।
śākānāmayutaṃ jalaṃ ruchikaraṃ karpūra khaṇḍōjjchalaṃ
tāmbūlaṃ manasā mayā virachitaṃ bhaktyā prabhō svīkuru ॥ 2 ॥

In the golden bowl that is decorated with nine precious gems, (Navaratnas) I offer clarified butter (Ghee) and porridge made with milk, rice, and jaggery (pāyasam); five foods to eat that are made up of milk, curd, and banana along with the pānakam drink infused with different vegetables, I offer the water with good taste and light a piece of camphor; Along with them is the tāmbūlam, I created all these in my mind with devotion, my Lord Shiva please accept these.

छत्रं चामरयोर्युगं व्यजनकं चादर्शकं निर्मलं
वीणाभेरिमृदङ्गकाहलकला गीतं च नृत्यं तथा ।
साष्टाङ्गं प्रणतिः स्तुतिर्बहुविधा ह्येतत्समस्तं मया
सङ्कल्पेन समर्पितं तव विभो पूजां गृहाण प्रभो ॥३॥

Chatraṃ chāmarayōryugaṃ vyajanakaṃ chādarśakaṃ nirmalaṃ
vīṇā bhēri mṛdaṅga kāhalakalā gītaṃ cha nṛtyaṃ tathā ।
sāṣṭāṅgaṃ praṇatiḥ stuti-rbahuvidhā-hyētat-samastaṃ mayā
saṅkalpēna samarpitaṃ tava vibhō pūjāṃ gṛhāṇa prabhō ॥ 3 ॥

For all the Upacharas, I offer the Umbrella (Chatram), hand-fans and a clean mirror; Accompanied by vīṇā, bhēri, mṛdaṅga, and other drums are the songs of praise and the dances; I prostrate before you in the sāṣṭāṅga namaskāra posture and praise you in numerous ways, indeed all this I created in mind with my strong desire to offer these to you the Supreme Ruler of all, Please accept cwthismy worship, my Lord Shiva.

आत्मा त्वं गिरिजा मतिः सहचराः प्राणाः शरीरं गृहं
पूजा ते विषयोपभोगरचना निद्रा समाधिस्थितिः ।
सञ्चारः पदयोः प्रदक्षिणविधिः स्तोत्राणि सर्वा गिरो
यद्यत्कर्म करोमि तत्तदखिलं शम्भो तवाराधनम् ॥४॥

ātmā tvaṃ girijā matiḥ sahacharāḥ prāṇāḥ śarīraṃ gṛhaṃ
pūjā tē viṣayōpabhōga-rachanā nidrā samādhisthitiḥ ।
sañchāraḥ padayōḥ pradakṣiṇavidhiḥ stōtrāṇi sarvā girō
yadyatkarma karōmi tattadakhilaṃ śambhō tavārādhanam ॥ 4 ॥

You are my Atma, my thoughts are Girija (daughter of Himavanta, Goddess Parvati), the vital energies that make me are your companions, the body is your home; Worshiping you with the enjoyment of the objects of the senses, sleep is the state of samadhi; All my walking is the act of circumambulation - pradakṣiṇa, all words are your stotras; All work is the worship (ārādhana) of you, O Lord Shambhu

करचरणकृतं वाक्कायजं कर्मजं वा
श्रवणनयनजं वा मानसं वापराधम् ।
विहितमविहितं वा सर्वमेतत्क्षमस्व
जय जय करुणाब्धे श्रीमहादेव शम्भो ॥५॥

kara charaṇa kṛtaṃ vākkāyajaṃ karmajaṃ vā
śravaṇa nayanajaṃ vā mānasaṃ vāparādham ।
vihitamavihitaṃ vā sarvamētat-kṣamasva
jaya jaya karuṇābdhē śrī mahādēva śambhō ॥ 5 ॥

Whatever Sins I have committed with my hands and feet or by the speech and the body; The ones that are obtained by the process of listening by ears or seeing by the eyes, or the aparādham that are committed by my thoughts; the incorrect actions that I have done knowingly or unknowingly, please forgive all my ommissions and ommissions. Victory to you, Victory to you, The ocean of compassion, the Great God, O auspicious Shambhu
