Guha, indweller of the Heart
He [Bhagavan] then took a piece of paper, wrote a sloka (verse) on it and gave it to me saying, "You can make use of it in meditation."[1]

He removes the dark ignorance of Brahmins. Residing in one’s heart cave, He is immeasurable. He is perfect effulgence. He is the wise Skanda, son of Ishwara. He is Ramana Natha, residing in our hearts. Let us worship Him.
see T.K.Sundaresa Iyer for the sanskrit version of this sloka
